OUR PROGRAMS
ADULT FUNDAMENTALS
ALL LEVELS. 1 HOUR.
Move through a Jiu Jitsu warm up, learn and practice positions (arm bar, leg locks, chokes, self defense moves), apply in specific training, and finish with an opportunity to roll with other students of all levels. Schembri Method Gi/patch on Gi required.
ADULT NO GI JIU JITSU
ALL LEVELS. 1 HOUR.
Learn the art of Jiu Jitsu without the traditional Gi. Begin with a traditional Jiu Jitsu warm up, learn and practice positions (throws, arm and leg locks, chokes, etc), apply in specific training and finish with open rolls with other students. No Gi required, shorts/spats and short/long sleeve shirt suggested.
BODY MOVEMENT
ALL LEVELS. 1 HOUR.
Low impact. A strength and conditioning method formulated specifically for BJJ. No equipment needed. Using only your bodyweight gain strength, explosiveness, flexibility, balance and coordination. Finish class with breath-work – an integral part of BJJ. Workout attire suggested.
YOUTH GI JIU JITSU
OPEN TO AGES 8 TO 14. 50 MINUTES.
Learn the discipline and respect expected in martial arts. Begin with a Jiu Jitsu warm up, learn self defense and Jiu Jitsu positions, practice them through Jiu Jitsu centered games. White Gi required. No other academy branding allowed..
ADVANCED TRAINING
OPEN TO WHITE BELTS, TWO STRIPES OR HIGHER RANK. 1 HOUR.
Come train, drill, roll with other Schembri Method students. Open only to Schembri Method members.
